Join us for the day with the internationally known commercial beekeeper Michael Palmer. Michael will be discussing techniques for raising bees, raising queens for bee production and strategies for producing honey. His apiaries thrive in Vermont’s challenging northeast climate. Mike has become known worldwide for his sustainable methods in beekeeping. Michael will be giving 4-5 lectures spanning the topics mentioned above and MORE! light refreshments and snacks will be provided.  We will break for a one hour lunch on your own.  Please enjoy the many  local restaurants, pubs, & breweries in downtown Belmont & Mt. Holly in close driving proximity to the venue. There will of course be plenty of time after each session for Q&A and Michael is very generous in spending time answering questions. We will also be holding a silent auction as well with many great items for you to bid on, winners announced/notified at the conclusion of the day. Preregistration is not required but highly recommended as we expect seating to fill up fast.  Preregistration is $37.50 and at the door registration the day of will be $47.50.
